Knopf investigations has case management systems for investigations and process service. This provides our clients with status checks 24/7 from any computer via the internet. Our investigative case management system stores reports, audio files, video, and invoices, all of which can be reviewed 24/7. Our process service management systems provides our clients with 24/7 access to open and closed summons, and subpoenas. Upon request the system will automatically send an email when a paper has been served. Clients can also review the date/time of service, location of service, and who was served.
